Q: I've looked at the Vehicles and checked out the prices. How do I get started?
What do I do to make a reservation?
A: Start by either
calling or
e-mailing us indicating your name and telephone number, the car you want and
the dates. Once we've let you know that the car is available, we'll pencil you
in to hold the date. Call us now and we'll let you know right away.
There are three ways to
complete the necessary forms.
- Complete the forms
on-line
or

Download the forms so you can complete later by printing and filling in
manually to fax or mail back or by opening them in a word processor and then
emailing back when convenient,
or
- We can fax, e-mail or send the forms to you via regular
mail.
Once you complete the forms and return
them, we will finalize your reservation. We'll let you know that everything is
OK and then will send you a written confirmation.
Q: On the Day of Your Rental, what
do I need to bring in?
A: On the day of your rental,
you'll need to bring the following five items:
- Your valid driver's
license,
- Your proof of
insurance card,
- Your credit card,
- Your Social Security
card and
- Photo ID (besides
driver's license).
We may require additional proof of identity, but this will be determined in
advance and you will be notified.
Q: How long in advance should I make
a reservation?
A: As soon as you know the
date that you would like to rent, we recommend that you place your deposit
to hold your dates. It is 100% refundable up until 10 days prior to the
rental.
But, please recognize
that this rental is for a unique and specialized vehicle and therefore, your
reservation will be guaranteed and the rental vehicle will be held for you
until the scheduled rental time.
There is a $100.00
cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the
rental period. A 50% charge of the total rental price will apply if you
cancel within 5 days of the rental period.
A 100% charge of the
total rental price will apply if you cancel within 72 hours of the rental
period or if you do not show up for the rental. Call from 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Monday through Saturday to cancel.
Q: Can I rent at the last minute?
A: We prefer you set up the
rental at least 2 - 3 days in advance so that we may verify your
information, make sure your vehicle is available, fully detailed and ready.
We do, however, accept
same day rentals ONLY if they are made by 2:00pm and your information can be
verified. In the event that we can not verify your information because of
the lateness of the reservation, we cannot proceed with your rental.
Q:
Can I be put on your mailing list? Do you sell this list to anyone?
A: Just
email us telling us you would like to be placed on our mailing list. You
can expect a monthly newsletter which will have all-new updates, specials as
well as promotions. We do not sell your email address to anyone.
Q: Do
you lease cars for short term or long term period?
A: Both, but they are actually rentals.
We can rent our cars up to 1 year but would require you to periodically
return the car for a safety inspection and maintenance and would then renew
the contract.
